Arrival & Seating
Online Ticket Holders: We highly recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to show time to ensure your reservation is honored and you have time to settle in.
Late Arrival (After Show Starts): If you purchase tickets online and arrive after the show’s start time, we will certainly do our best to accommodate you. However, this may mean enjoying the show from the designated “standing-room” area.
Unclaimed Tickets: Tickets purchased online and not claimed by the scheduled show time will be released to individuals on the waitlist or sold to the general public.
Doors & Venue Experience
Doors open 1 hour prior to showtime.
We encourage everyone to come early to enjoy the great drinks and atmosphere at the venue. Coming early helps us start the show in a timely manner and ensures we can serve you well.
