Crawlspace Comedy Theatre presents the Superstar Song Show. For those “in the know” improv-wise, this could be described as a song–based Armando. ​In the show, a singer/songwriter will share what inspired the writing of one of their original song​s, they will then perform that song live. Improvisors will then perform scenes inspired by the song. The show will feature 4-5 of the musician’s original work. The mixture of song and improv scene work will produce a collection of experiences that will find unexpected connections and hilarious moments. For this show, our Superstar Songster is Bill Caskey. Bill Caskey is a songwriter based in Kalamazoo. In first grade he wanted to bring the piano to school to share his songs. Nowadays, he performs with The Red Sea Pedestrians and The Jump Bunny String Band (now with drums!) He is also a librarian at the library. Shhh!
