Blunder Bus

All aboard for Blunder Bus! *Honk Honk* This Kalamazoo-based group performs a medley of short & long form improv to celebrate the comedy of everyday life blending grounded moments with quirky twists.

Blunder Bus showcases an eclectic range of personalities brought to life by an incredible ensemble of performers. All graduates of the Crawlspace Comedy Theatre, the current cast of Blunder Bus features Jimmy Desautels, Gianna Kozel, Dan Proczko, & Elissa Zimmer.

Their signature shows include: Blunder Bus From Hell, a long form improvised spooky campfire story featuring an elite monster hunting team; L is for the Way You Laugh With Me, a Valentines-themed exploration of one of our favorite four-letter words (No, not that one); & School’s Out, a special preamble to the summertime from some children-at-heart.

A three-time performer at Kalamazoo Improv Fest, Blunder Bus also participated in Snow Day 2024, a 26-hour improv marathon with the goal of Fighting Cancer with Laughter. Always looking to entertain an audience wherever they are Blunder Bus has performed across southern Michigan including at Crawlspace Comedy Theatre (Kalamazoo), Dormouse Theatre (Kalamazoo), Whatabout Theatre (Ypsilanti), & Go Comedy Improv Theater (Ferndale).

Recent shows featuring members of Blunder Bus include Spooge, A Christmas Miracle (Dormouse), Superstar Super Show (Crawlspace), & Vote Tank: A Comedy for Democracy (Crawlspace). Our members also help form the Kalamazoo-based comedy team What Sharp Teeth.
